This is a bit of a long post, so go grab a drink and settle in for the next few minutes… 2023 was yet again a really special year. I got to work with so many wonderful people from all walks of life and all over the world. On a personal note, looking back at all these pictures has reinforced my belief that I am so lucky to have a job that I love doing. I turned 40 this year (I can thank my mum for passing on the genes that’ll make me pass as a 38 year old, hopefully for at least the next decade…), which felt like a bit of a milestone, as 2023 was also my 10th year of photographing weddings. I feel more invigorated than ever to continue honing my craft and to offer the best experience possible to everyone who books me.
This brings me to the most important part; thank you everyone who booked me in 2023, also to everyone who comments, likes and shares the pictures I post. It really means the world to me. That small gesture keeps me in a job, so thank you, thank you! Finally, thank you to everyone who has booked me for 2024 and 2025!! 2024 is 90% booked already, which is such a fortunate and wonderful position to be in, as being self employed you never quite know what to expect. There are still lots of prime dates for 2025, but the early birds have already got in! I can’t wait to get stuck into this year as there are so many great shoots and projects lined up. I look forward to seeing a lot of you over the next few months.
